Transforming Health and Care Systems: improving health and care systems
The partnership Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) aims to encourage the transformation and improvement of healthcare systems in Europe and participating countries to make them equitably accessible, sustainable, efficient, resilient and inclusive.
This programme is aimed at:
- All kinds of organisations and entities that can contribute to the vision of THCS: Universities, higher education institutions, research organisations, hospitals, foundations or any healthcare providers, user organisations, SMEs, Start-ups and large companies.
1. Submit an application

As a Swiss entity, you are contributing to the partnership goals.
2. Evaluation and decision

The evaluation and decision process is managed and conducted by the THCS Partnership. More information on the evaluation procedure can be found on the THCS website. Questions can be coordinated through Innosuisse or the coordinator of the respective THCS project application.
3. Contract conclusion and project start

As a Swiss applicant with a recommended subsidy application with THCS, you must sign a contract with Innosuisse before the project starts. You will be contacted by Innosuisse and informed about the next steps for the issuing of the funding agreement between the Swiss partners and Innosuisse.
4. Project reporting

As a project partner, you must submit reports during your project.
5. Project conclusion and final reporting
At the end of your THCS project, you must submit a final report and a final financial report.
